Questions About Our Mobile COVID-19 Screening Process
What areas does your mobile clinic service?
We generally serve the greater San Diego area, but locations outside of SD may be serviceable on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss!
How do I create an account to test my workforce?
Start by contacting us or requesting a quote. We will send you a quotation based on your location and the number of tests you will be ordering.
What information do I need to register my company?
We need your company name, address, contact information, testing preferences, and information about your facility.
How do employees register for testing?

The employer provides a roster with employee information. We collect the minimal amount of information required by the CDC for positive results reporting: first name, last name, date of birth, address, phone number, work email, race and ethnicity.

Employees then receive an invitation to our secure portal to provide electronic consent and manage their results.

How are results returned?

We deliver results through our secure portal. Results summaries are delivered to a company representative electronically through the portal. Employees have the option to receive results electronically through the portal as well.

When are results available?

We deliver results electronically as soon as we receive them, within 10 minutes - 24 hours depending on the type of test, or at the end of business day the day after sample collection.

Who approves and reviews the test results?

Our physicians approve test orders and review all results before reporting.

How do I pay for the tests?

We charge a 50% deposit based on the number of expected tests before the collection event. We charge the remaining balance, based on the actual number of tests performed, when you receive your results.

We accept PayPal, Zelle, checks, and major credit cards.
