Our electronic system captures necessary consent and authorization forms from your employees. We arrive at your workplace to collect samples on a schedule that you define. Typical COVID-19 return to work and employee screening schedule:

1. Return to Work Phase

   • Day 1: Employee submits Return to Work PCR Sample 1 and an optional blood sample for Easy Check COVID-19 Immunity Screening

   • Day 5-7: Employee submits Return to Work PCR Sample 2

   • If the Return to Work Samples are both negative, the employee returns to the office

2. Monitoring Phase: Employees submit samples on a recurring schedule of your choosing. We recommend bi-weekly collections.
